Derrick is a charted Architect by profession with 24 years experience in architectural design, construction/project management and property development of major residential, commercial, leisure and mixed-used projects in the UK and overseas.

Over the past 12 years this has been complemented with Director/Board-level business and project management experience within the property development sector, particularly with major UK residential developers, as well as with an international property consultancy.

Derrick’s academic qualifications include a Bsc from the University of Science & Technology in Ghana, an MSc from University of London and MBA from Henley Business School. His professional memberships include corporate membership of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and member of Charted Management Institute (MCMI).
